Royal Mail Special Delivery Service will be used to make deliveries within the UK at a flat rate of £5.00. A signature will be required for this service and goods will only be posted to the registered cardholder's address. Royal Mail aim to deliver by the next day from the date of dispatch. A Mail Tracking number can be issued so you can track the progress of your delivery on www.royalmail.com and click on the Track and Trace bar at the top of the page.

Deliveries outside the UK are made by Royal Mail International and a signature is required upon receipt. A flat rate cost of £15.00 is charged for Europe and £20.00 for the USA and Middle East.

A Royal Mail Tracking number can be issued so you can track the progress of your order. Royal Mail's website is www.royalmail.com and click on the Track & Trace bar at the top. If delivery prices change from those published on our website we inform you before you are charged.

Please note that customers living outside the European Union, may incur local taxes and Import Duties, which may involve slight delays.The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed.

We are only able to deliver to the Billing Address of the credit or debit card.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of receipt. If any items you have ordered are out of stock, we will notify you of any alternatives. If this is not suitable you can cancel your order completely or partialy.

NO CHARGE WILL BE MADE TO YOU UNTIL YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE AND READY TO DISPATCH.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Switch. All transactions to be processed in Sterling. To combat credit card fraud we only deliver to the address where the credit/debit card is registered.

Payment will not be taken until we have established whether your selection is in stock.

If you prefer, you can pay over the telephone. You will be contacted by a member of our sales staff to proceed with your order.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been despatched.  

Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy, ( please note this is not the normal policy of our stores ) provided that you notify us first by e-mail or by telephone 0208 981 2233, within 7 days of purchase and the goods are returned in a re-sellable condition, which is at our discretion, with swing tickets attatched.

Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. In addition to this refund policy, ( under the UK's distance selling regulations ) you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days.

For your own protection we recommend when returning goods you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any goods that fail to reach us. Your Statutory rights are not affected.

As we stock a large range of children's collections and sizes do vary, please feel free to contact us for advice, we also may need to contact you in reference to sizing for particular items.

The sizings are quite generous, but the ages on garments are to be used as a guideline only and vary from one brand to another.

Please adhere to the instructions on the garments label. If it states to wash at 30 degrees do not wash at 40 degrees, although this may seem like a slight difference it could cause the garment to run ( colour to come out ). Do not hand wash unless instructed to do so, a common mistake is to think hand washing is gentler, these garments are tested and should only be treated according to the instructions given.
